We are seeking a job developer who is interested in building relationships with local employers in the Salem area. The ideal candidate will have business to business sales experience and be motivated to find employment opportunities for our clients.
We are searching for a motivated, organized individual who will manage their own client portfolio.
Job Description
Establish and maintain working relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities
Assist clients in job search and placement
Match individual's background and skill set with vocational goals and employment opportunities
Requirements:
Valid Driver License
Position requires use of own vehicle in the Salem area
Must pass background check
Proven track record in outside sales/human talent management
A combination of comparable experience and education
Strong knowledge of the communities in the Salem area
