Nonperforming Whole Loan Trader Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - *Administer best execution for acquisition and sale of mortgage loans, including evaluation of whole loan portfolios and utilization of pricing models.
*Establish and maintain contacts of all types of investors and brokers
*Develop, maintain and expand relationships
*Assist with negotiation of trade terms and Purchase & Sale (P&S) agreements.
*Ensure adherence to all Trading policies.
Requirements
*3-5 years mortgage trading experience
*College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
