Administrative Assistant/Accounting Job Opening in Olympia, Washington - A well-established company located in the Olympia/Lacey are is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to bolster the property management department. This role works closely with the department manager, owner, accounting, and other staff. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are highly sought, while acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be paramount to successful execution of daily tasks:
-Professionally receive and route calls on a multi-line switchboard
-Establish and cultivate professional relationships with tenants and vendors
-Assist with Accounts Receivable/Payable
-Data Entry, Analyzing Data, Identifying Solutions
-Opening and sorting mail
-Scanning and making electronic copies
-Making Bank Deposits -Maintain electronic and paper files
-Other various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-Proficient in QuickBooks, minimum 2 years? experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience working in a general business environment
-Reliable Transportation
This is a full-time position. Passage of a drug test and criminal background check are required at the time of employment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Vacation, Holiday Pay, and coverage.
