Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Bellevue, Washington - HD Fowler Company is looking for full-time A/P Clerk at our Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA.
The A/P Clerk position is essential to HD Fowler Company. You will be responsible for compiling and processing A/P records.

Who we are looking for:
Experience in Accounting with a solid understanding of A/P processes.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team environment with a variety of co-workers and customers.
Confidently work independently while prioritizing tasks and projects.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Strong computer skills and 10-key experience.
What you will do:
Approve and code invoices for payment, cost freight, and issue sales orders.
Process credit memos and issue debit memos.
Balance statements and research payment issues.
Resolve vendor and buyer inquiries and/or discrepancies as they arise.
Maintain a strong relation with internal buyers and external vendors.
Assisting in processing weekly check runs
