Position Overview
Viaero?s Retail Sales Professionals provide effective and creative solutions to our retail customers in person and by phone. They are responsible for both acquiring and retaining customers, providing excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping grow the business. Our sales professionals have a competitive spirit , an assertive & confident personality , and a commitment to achieving results .
This position is based in our store located at 198 E Ave, Limon, CO 80828. Store hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday Closed
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Achieve or exceed all individual monthly sales goals/targets Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates Maintain a superior level of customer service Execute a needs analysis for each customer Successfully assist customers in the purchase of Viaero products and services Represent Viaero at outside events, and interact within the community to generate leads
What are the requirements for this job?
A High School diploma or G.E.D. is required. An Associate?s degree, vocational degree or professional is preferred. Ideally, we?d like any new sales associate to have previous sales experience. Ideally, we?d like any new sales associate to have previous sales experience. We?ll consider those that have customer-facing retail experience, good customer service skills, an ability to learn and understand technology, and a strong drive for results. At Viaero, we value integrity, work ethics, learning, perseverance and dependability.
All of our sales professionals need to have a valid driver?s license, and must be at least 18 years old. If hired, each person needs to be able to successfully pass our pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and substance screening.
Who will I interact with?
Retail Sales Professionals interact daily with customers, fellow team members, store managers, territory managers, billing and customer care staff. They also interact on a regular basis with regional sales directors, marketing professionals, events coordinators, warehouse staff, information technology staff, network field technicians, UPS personnel, and various vendors.
How will I know if I am successful in this role?
You achieve 100% of monthly goals to experience 100 + percent compensation under the commission structure.
