Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Frisco, Colorado - Craniologie is a fast growing, mulit-channel outdoor industry retail business based in Summit County, CO. We are seeking a full charge bookkeeper with exceptional Quickbooks knowledge & experience with an inventory based business.
A successful candidate will support our organization with the following bookkeeping functions: general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, monthly financial statements & data entry. Candidate will work closely with our inventory management team and liase with our CPA firm of record.
Job Requirements:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles & processes is a must
Accounting Education from a College or University preferred
At least 2 years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks with the desire & ability to improve processes
Positive attitude & excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Professional appearance
Reliable & self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised
Advanced Excel skills preferred with at least intermediate skills of all Microsoft Office products
Exceptional attention to detail & organization
Project work as well as routine tasks with the ability to switch between them quickly as required
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business

40 hours/week
Reports to owner of company
Prefer candidate to be based in Summit County but open to discussing working remotely from greater-Denver
