Responsibilities:
Review vendor invoices for accuracy
Enter and code invoices according to the chart of accounts
Process check runs
Resolve vendor issues
Assist with sales and personal property tax return preparation
Process employee expense reimbursements report
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems independently
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work in a group setting
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effectively manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Highest level of integrity
