Project Cost Accountant Job Opening in Longmont, Colorado - James Fisher Technologies is looking for a talented Project Cost Accountant to join our team.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Generation of purchase orders
Working with suppliers and engineering team to clarify procurement specifications
Assigning costs to correct projects and cost accounts
Generation of accurate and timely invoices
Preparation of cash disbursements and receipts
Basic understanding of AR/AP
Basic understanding of GAAP
Working knowledge of Quickbooks Professional
Experience with Payroll a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years experience working with Quickbooks
Available to work part time, 10-20 hours per week
