Accountant Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Accountant
Growing national collection management firm, headquartered in downtown Denver, seeks a qualified and experienced Accountant.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and posting electronic data files to be imported into the accounting system
Preparing and sending funds and related reports to clients
Repayment of cost reimbursements to vendors
Managing, reporting and working of accounts receivable
Fielding questions posed by clients and vendors
Managing data exceptions and resolving issues with clients and vendors
Tracking, manipulation and reporting of data in excel and text files
Reconciliation of account balances
Communicating with other departments within the company
Qualifications include:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Must be well-organized, responsive and have great follow-through on assignments Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality Strong computer skills including a strong capability in MS Excel Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to recognize issues and be proactive in finding solutions
Strong analytical skills
