Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - Mesa Company is looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
5+ years accounting experience
Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ; Managing bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliations ; Payroll processing ; Posting journal entries ; Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules ; Supervising accounting clerks and entry-level bookkeepers ; Preparing financial statements ; Preparing the trial balance; Performing month-end closings ; Multiple Entities Multiple States is a plus!
Experience with Human Resources and Employee Benefit Plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, especially Excel
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
The ideal candidate will be organized and able to self-manage and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines. Recent experience with QuickBooks for of a minimum of 2-3 years.
This position works with a high degree of independence, experience, and self-direction.
