FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER Job Opening in Durham, North carolina - Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Front-End Web Developer sought to join R65 Labs to create tools that facilitate personal decisions that drive good health.
R65 Labs, located in Downtown Durham, is an early-stage digital health company committed to solving problems where health, education, technology and user experience intersect.

Responsibilities include:
- Develops and maintains front-end web application components using React, Redux, WebPack, and other front-end technologies
- Writes coherent, organized code and is comfortable working on a complicated code-base with high levels of abstraction
- Implements application features as part of an interactive Agile development process
- Implements rapid prototypes as part of the application design process
Requirements:
1+ years of professional experience in front-end web app development
Working knowledge of web development concepts including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
Experience with at least one front-end framework (e.g. React, Angular, Ember)?React is preferred
Previous development and deployment of front-end web applications (please provide URLs)
Excellent team work and collaboration abilities
Strong work ethic and commitment
Flexibility and strong ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong OOP and software design abilities
Passion for software development and OO Design
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
Excellent end-to-end debugging and troubleshooting skills
Bonus skills/knowledge:
Experience in mobile web development
Experience in responsive web development
Experience with Java Spring
Experience with D3JS or other visualization libraries
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
