Our sales team is looking for a charismatic and self motivated individual to join our established company. We are one of the top rated website design and online marketing firms in LA, and have distinct clientele that includes Fortune 500 companies, public entities, and well-known organizations as well as smaller businesses. The Account Executive/sales associate will be working with our Operations Manager, Project Manager, and CEO The Account Executive will build a clientele base preferably off of existing relationships/an existing book of business in one of the following fields:
Legal
Medical
Healthcare
E-Commerce
Restaurants
Hospitality/Hotel
The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, display professionalism and organization skills, and build long-lasting relationships with their clients; most of whom will be business owners and/or elite decision makers. Full product knowledge and training will be provided. Account Executive will have the support of the operations team to help create presentations and reports for clients through existing templates and scripts. This new position will have almost full autonomy on scheduling, daily activity, and work flow. This person can work remotely as long as sales goals are hit.
Be prepared for quick growth along with advancement opportunities as this is a quickly growing company that likes to promote from within. We are looking to groom individuals into managerial and c-level executive positions such as Sales Lead, Director of Sales, and VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly sales and goals meeting (Monday morning at 9 am)
Prospecting and scheduling meetings with decision makers
Maintain account retention through building strong client relationships.
Referral and cross-sales from existing and new clients.
Ability to identify client needs and translate into marketing campaigns.
Team Collaboration
Actively participates in regular update meetings to facilitate ongoing internal and client communication
Acts as primary point of contact between operation team members and client accounts to start up new project tasks, on time and on budget
Required Skills
Relationship building and sales experience are a MUST.
Great communication and organization skills
The ability to meet clients' pains with services offered
The ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage many prospects while pushing to close sales and sign contracts.
Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options and make decisions/draw conclusions
