Sales Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Storage Post has an immediate opportunity for an experienced sales executive to join our team. We are a national real estate investment company experiencing high-growth. The position is based in our corporate headquarters in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA and reports to our Sales Manager.
The right candidate:
Has a strong understanding of the sales process and knows when and how to close.
Ability to listen and build customer value in the sales cycle
Possesses a selling style
Goal oriented and has a proven track record of achievement
High desire to continually improve sales skills to become more efficient in closing new business.
Responds well to coaching.
Has experience with CRM software and Microsoft office suite.
Is tenacious and self-motivating.
We are looking for a person with leadership skills, outgoing personality, solid problem solving skills and strong oral and written communication skills. Business majors are a plus.

Storage Post is transforming the storage industry. We work with large institutional investors to create and manage portfolios of self storage facilities. We currently own and manage dozens of properties on the east coast, and are rapidly expanding via acquisition and new property development. The Storage Post management team is one of the most experienced self storage teams in the industry, and the Sales Agent will be central to executing our growth plans.
Other qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills and pleasant phone voice
Comfortable working with computers
Pre-hire drug testing and personality assessment required
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
Reliable transportation
A track record of success working in dynamic organizations
Base salary plus commission. A full benefits package is also offered.
