Licensed Mental Health Professional Job Opening in Alexandria, Louisiana - An outpatient Behavioral Health agency is seeking to fill a full time position of Licensed Mental Health Professional. The LMHP is responsible for all clinical services and supervision of staff. Job responsibilities include:
Providing direct care services to clients including collection of data for initial assessments and reassessments, group, individual and/or family counseling, and review of clinical service plans.
Provide overall clinical support, coordinate, train, and provide ongoing clinical supervision for existing and new program services.
Provide quality assurance for staff and clients through regular monitoring and auditing to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Develop ISRP, provide crisis intervention (as needed), act as a team leader of the services planning team,

On-call availability to staff and program as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must be a graduate of an accredited institution with a degree in a mental health related field and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana by the applicable professional board of examiners. An LMHP provides professional mental health services within the scope of ethical boundaries allowed by the professional license. Candidates must possess a LPC or LCSW license.
