Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Healthcare - Gilbert AZ Job Opening in Gilbert, Arizona - This is a high-Level, C-Suite position for an experienced hospital COO.
JOB SUMMARY :
Prepares long and short strategic plans that reflect industry and regulatory standards in the promotion of service quality and efficiency ancillary support departments. Monitors budgets and prepares plans for acquisitions, service expansion, facility construction, development and investment, while ensuring the safety and security of Health Care organization properties.
Critical Tasks
Provides operational and budgeting oversight within the established guidelines of healthcare compliance for the departments of Public Relations, Planning, Design and Construction, Organizational Performance, Transportation, Security, Customer Service, Facilities, Environmental Services, Food Services, Laundry and Linen and Safety for all Health Care Facilities, Buildings and Grounds.
Actively participates in the development, review and evaluation of decisions affecting policies and procedures and programming to ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare goals and objectives for ancillary service departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning and Construction, Facilities Management or related field required.
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Facilities Management preferred.
Previous experience as a hospital COO.
Demonstrated experience with medium to large size health care complexes required.
