Job Description
EaseCentral is a software solution used by insurance brokers to manage employee insurance benefits and used by employers to manage human resources and compliance requirements. Our Customer Support Representatives primary focus is spent responding to helpdesk tickets and assisting brokers via phone. As a Customer Support Representative, you will interface regularly with healthcare insurance agents and their staff by phone, email and web-conferencing tools.
We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of customer service experience. Experience in the health insurance industry and/or technology support is preferred.
We use a number of software applications, including our proprietary HR and benefits platform, on which you will be trained to support and guide our customers. You should have experience navigating and troubleshooting online applications and with spreadsheets.
Customer Success Representatives are responsible for the initial support and ongoing guidance of new brokers on the use of EaseCentral.
Responsibilities
Provide training and guidance for system configuration, insurance plan setup, and employee onboarding processes.
Professionally and personably engage broker customers proactively to ensure customer needs are addressed in a detailed and timely manner.
Communicate and document all customer concerns and feature requests to engineering for development and implementation.
Identify system issues and improvements. Summarize and develop strategic solutions to best address customer challenges.
Promote customer engagement with the EaseCentral platform and optional features to address customer challenges and pain points.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Comfortable managing large numbers of concurrent client requests.
Strong ability to listen, think ?big-picture,? and be empathetic to customers? needs and point of view.
Strong ability to multi-task and assign priority.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently.
Familiarity with support desk solutions (Freshdesk or Zendesk preferred).
