JOB OVERVIEW:
Working closely with the agency personnel to ensure that all patient care is handled effectively and efficiently
Communicating and educating the referral sources regarding the home health services available
Coordinating and generating new business in Home Health Care in both existing and new accounts, identifying new markets and maintaining good relationship with the existing accounts
Familiar with or have a tolerance for cold calling
Daily Interaction with the patients, medical professionals, referral sources to ensure continuity of care and to coordinate appropriate communication and documentation
Must participate with the Director of Operation in event coordination and networking that would promote our services and company
Qualifications:
Self-motivated who is driven with the ability to work in groups or independently.
Good communication, observation, listening and presentation skills
Valid Driver?s License, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance
One year or more of Healthcare marketing or Business development experience
Familiar with the Las Vegas and Henderson areas
Results oriented, able to multitask under high stress environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
