Inside Sales Rep Job Opening in San Diego, California - We are a chiropractic software company looking for an Inside Sales Rep who has great rapport building skills, to join our growing business. This position requires exceptional drive and forward-thinking, a high level of collaboration, and the flexibility to grow with additional responsibilities.
Position Goal: Build relationships with leads, prospects and existing clients and set demonstrations with our sales engineers. This is an outbound prospecting position, with some cold calling/ telemarketing. Bring your warm and friendly personality and genuine interest in learning new things to a team that works hard while having fun.

Job Duties:
Promote client referral program
Maintain/manage campaign performance report cards
Set up system demonstrations of Chirotouch practice management software to prospective doctors who have shown an interest in our product
Contact prospect base within assigned geographic territory
Answer prospects questions with the goal of moving them forward to a demonstration
Maintain up-to-date software and industry knowledge
Work with sales executives to get prospects from demonstration to purchase
Manage team members calendars
Maintain a high number of outbound calls
Set and exceed demonstrations
Maintain accurate CRM input and updates regarding customers and prospects
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience & track record of success
Highly organized
A good time manager
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Customer Service oriented
Able to build relationships with ease
Team player
Computer literacy (prior experience with Salesforce A+)
Eager to learn and grow
