Our Reservation Specialists come from diverse backgrounds, including, but not limited to; Medical Sales, Hospitality, Transportation and Guest Services just to name a few.
Responsibilities:
Convert requests from potential guests into reservations. Educate potential guests about the features and benefits which make Black Tie the safest, most reliable and enjoyable service available. Create the ultimate experience for guests by booking the vehicle and amenities which best enhance their experience. Maintain detailed account, guest and ride information. Provide excellent customer service to guests while consistently developing new business opportunities in your territory.
Requirements:
Dynamic, goal oriented personality with high sense of urgency. Must be available to work some evening and weekend hours. Prior sales or customer service experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset - "It's your business!"
Must be a good team player, possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated and excel in a fast paced environment. Able to work and respond in a time-sensitive environment. Willing to work extended hours as needed. Ability to type 40+ WPM. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to work nights and weekends.
Must have excellent Customer Service Skills, Professional attitude, and team-oriented mindset. Management Opportunities Available, we promote from within.
