Sales Representative Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - The DC Wolverines are a new developmental professional football franchise. We are looking for immediate sales associates who are willing to do what it takes to make it to the next level. My job as President/CEO is to give you the experience and skills needed for future employers to pursue and hire you. Just as we are a developmental football team with a goal of sending our players to the next level; we also want to do the same with our sales associates.
We are looking for someone who can hustle and can work hard. We are not overly concerned about your degrees or fancy resume. We want hard workers and people who are hungry. Please make sure you feel you have what it takes to COMPETE at a high level with this organization before you apply!!!
PAY:
NO SALARY!! - Commission Based
(10%-20% commission for all Sponsorship obtained)

Your job duties will include:
Make it your number one priority to get our name out there by talking to as many people as possible about who we are and what we represent and go over the sponsorship packet and try to gain sponsorship or donations from businesses and stakeholders. Minimum of 5 people per day required.
Develop unique fundraising opportunities for the team
Set up follow up appointments
Build relationships with media and community members through creative PR strategies
Participate in charity events set up by Owner/President
Assist with Marketing tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
Hand out marketing material and flyers.
Game day help with tickets, concessions, etc.
Participate in weekly conference calls with President.
Submit weekly status reports to President.
Track daily work including contact information, etc. on spreadsheet provided by President.
Participate in monthly staff meetings (in person or via online)
Attend home games and other team events
Market the team?s training camp, golf tournaments and other events
Performs other related duties as assigned.
