Associate Sales Trainer - P&C License Required Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Training Manager with the development, delivery and continuous improvement of all New Hire and Tenured agent training. This includes conducting classes for New Agent training for up to 3-weeks at a time. Duties also include assisting in agent on-boarding training, continuous veteran training and sales support staff training.
Essential Functions:
Facilitate a three-week training program for new agents
Contribute to the development of comprehensive training program materials
Assist the Training Manager with coordinating continuing education for new and tenured agents
Work closely with the Training Manager and Sales Managers in the development and implementation of effective sales scripts, techniques and workflow processes.
Assist in Sales Manager Role Plays for the New Hire class
Meet company specified targets and objectives for new agent development
Perform administrative duties as needed
Handle special projects as they arise
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty underwriting, sales coaching, SQAH application (including SelectCare and EZLynx) and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong work ethic

Training and Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required
Bachelor?s degree is a plus
Must have current P&C license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
