Our AVERAGE sales person makes $2000.00 per week, clear. The basics include meeting people with hail damaged vehicles, explaining how our system works and walking them through the process for their repair. We scout potential clients for you and assign areas for you exclusively. Training lasts for as long as you need to be perfectly comfortable with your new position.
The money you will make depends on how hard you are willing to work. Commissions are based on insurance estimates for vehicles brought into the shop. When you first begin selling, you will be paid 10% of the insurance estimate on each vehicle. Average tickets are around $4500.00. Once you bring in around 25 cars, you can expect an increase of 5%, putting your commission at 15%. There are also permanent and spontaneous incentives that will be presented to the sales team that are far too diverse to disclose here.
