Sales Consultant Job Opening in Wichita, Kansas - GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This position would work directly with the Sales Director. A training schedule would be assigned to an individual that would focus on learning the primary responsibility of the Sales Consultant at SWPlus. A Sales Consultant needs to generate revenue by selling, managing, and growing existing and new clients. The Sales Consultant needs to uphold our mission statement in all he/she does and fulfill sales and profit goals for their territory. Training will consist of the following:
Product training
In-house knowledge of SWPlus computer program designed specifically for our business.
Time management
Develop strong working relationships with existing clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement plans to satisfy client needs.
Work closely with other team members to build new client business.
Identify leads and manage prospects.
Learn how our CRM program functions and how it would help an individual grow a territory.
Cold calling by making phone calls to new or existing customers to get the business or grow business
