Plastics Fabricator - Job #PFAB1051911 Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Plastics Fabricator - Job #PFAB1051911 Plastics Fabricator, 1st Shift -- Long Lake Facility, Job#PFAB1051911 The Plastics Fabricator performs any combination of tasks to join together parts of fabricated plastic products as specified by mechanical drawings. Must plan, lay out, set up and perform some work assignments independently. Must use correct templates and accurately position and fit parts with an average tolerance in accordance with mechanical drawings and instructions on shop drawing. Must have cabinet making experience (2-4 years). Must have basic knowledge in the use of various shop equipment including experience with saws, routers and the ability to read a tape measure. Average material lifted is 20-75 pounds. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience with polycarbonate, polypropylene or pvc. Prefer PLASTIC fabrication experience (2-4 years). The starting hourly wage range for this position is $17.60 to $22.10. The starting wage will be dependent on experience level and other qualifications. First shift position at our Long Lake Facility. Long Lake is located approximately 6 miles west of the intersection of 394 and 494 on Hwy 12. First shift shop hours are: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and Friday's from 6:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m. NuAire offers a rewarding place to work, that encourages learning and growth.
