What your day looks like:
Responsible for growing sale and service for a specific state you will be assigned.
Focuses on the growth and renewal of these customers.
Coordinates with services and operational resources to ensure high quality fulfillment as well as customer satisfaction.
He/she will be required to be an industry expert in order to educate decision makers and build rapport. Through individual research as well as attending continual internal training events on the digital industry and keeping up on the latest trends will enable the applicant to help break down objections and assist with closing future sales opportunities.
Executes the role at home via phone, email, web conference etc., by making sales or obtaining orders/contracts for products and/or services. He/she will contact existing customers as well as potential customers to identify and develop new sales opportunities, provide product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. In addition, the position will require the person to continually develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.

Candidate Requirements
College degree or equivalent 2-3 year successful sales experience required.
A customer focused, problem solving mentality, and a history helping customers through a consultative relationship is key.
Ability to provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win additional business from existing accounts.
Ability to provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
Comfortable with telephone sales in an outbound environment.
Competency Profile
Has worked with executive level decision makers conducting meetings to garner insight on the health of the business and where YP products and services can help increase their revenue/business
Candidate must be well spoken and proficient in communicating with all levels of management within a customer?s business model utilizing communication tools such as email, PowerPoint, Clearslide, email and phone calls.
Non-confrontational, win-win Problem solving ability.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
Strong Organizational / Time management skills
Technologically Savvy
SFDC
Microsoft and Apple operating systems (MS Outlook, Email, iPad, etc.)
Detail orientated
