Employee Navigator is looking for a Sales Development Rep to work closely with our account executives help crack new accounts, grow our customer roster, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and play an integral role in building an industry leading product.

What you?ll be doing?
Analyze Salesforce contacts to identify qualified prospects
Initiate and conduct introductions to 50 ?100 prospects each day and convey Employee Navigator value proposition
Document activity and progress in Salesforce
Collaborate with the sales team as needed to win the business
Pair your successful sales skills with our superior SaaS platform to reach your goals in a friendly yet competitive culture
Prospect for qualified prospective clients by making 50-100 contacts each day (Don't use the same word twice in one sentence)
Document activity in Salesforce
Initiate and conduct introductions with prospective clients and convey EN value proposition
Move prospective clients through our sales process
Requirements...
BA/BS Degree required
Strong phone & interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Highly organized
1-2 years sales experience, SaaS is a plus
