Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Opening in Waltham, Massachusetts - Accounts Payable Coordinator: Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities:
Receive and verify vouchers for goods and services.
Sort, match and prepare batches of vouchers and check requests for data entry.
Data enter vouchers for payment.
Resolve voucher discrepancies.
Process & Manage Accounts Payable weekly checks.
Prepare vendor checks for mailing & Record all checks / Update Cash Balance report.
Correspond with vendors, staff and respond to inquiries.
Vendor file maintenance (Vouchers, Payments & Voids)
Stipends Reconciliation.
Utilities Management (Connection & Disconnection)
Maintenance Request Database/Report.
Education and Experience
Associates degree.
Knowledge of accounts payable preferred.
Proficient in data entry and management.
1-2 years accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred
