Sales Executive Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Dynamic- growth oriented Technology company seeking professional, self motivated sales professionals with diverse telecommunication skills, knowledge of business telephone systems and different aspects of the latest technology to include infrastructure cabling, IP telephone systems, Card access, and IP security solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Identifies, cultivates, and procures new direct business sales relationships in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
* Assumes ownership of the entire sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, price negotiating, and closing of the sale.
* Builds and maintains customer interaction, driving sales, solution selling, and engaging with key influencers and decision makers.
* Develops and implements sales plan consistent with the company-wide objectives.
* Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers by phone.
* Meets and/or exceeds predetermined sales objectives and quotas.
* Completes monthly reports of quarter-to-date performance, comparing quotas, projecting pipeline, bookings, billings, and backlog.
Qualifications: Required Skills and Abilities:
* Local account knowledge of the SMB market for the territory.
* Proven ability to prioritize, balance, and self-manage multiple simultaneous projects and activities.
* Demonstrated performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity.
* Proven track record of building strong working relationships and executing across all levels of an organization.
* Must be analytical and data driven, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Previous experience and successful track record working with owners, managers and executives within the organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills. * Must have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
* Local account knowledge of Fortune 500, telecommunications, financial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and
* Knowledge of business phone systems, infrastructure cabling, IP telephone systems, access control systems, or IP camera surveillance solutions.
Education and/or Experience: * College degree preferred and/or the equivalent in training and experience.
* Minimum 5+ years outside sales experience selling VOIP phone systems, infrastructure cabling, access control or IP camera surveillance solutions.
