Technical Sales Specialist Job Opening in Richmond, Indiana - SaverSystems, a Richmond, Indiana based company, is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to help support sales programs in the professional chimney sweeping market. SUMMARY
In this position, the employee is expected to become an expert with all aspects of the HeatShield program and product lines. Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Correspond with customers by phone, e-mail or mail and receive orders for products, samples, and shipping information.
Solicit sale of new or additional products.
Talk with customers to provide answers to questions regarding SaverSystems products or services.
Serve as the key Customer Service contact for all HeatShield product related questions.
Process orders for prompt and timely fulfillment according to standard company procedure.
Work with customers to resolve complaints concerning products, billing or services, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation and prompt resolution.
Protect the company?s assets by working to resolve customer complaint issues with as minimal reasonable cost to the company as possible.
Accurately log and maintain all customer contact information in the company?s Contact Management System.
Keep management informed of customer feedback as it relates to any significant issues regarding product performance, service or quality issues.
Assist in all HeatShield related training classes as directed by the dedicated National Sales Manager.
Provide field sales and service support of the HeatShield product line as directed by the dedicated National Sales Manager.
Manage and maintain all HeatShield related parts and inventory supplies as directed by the dedicated National Sales Manager.
All other projects as assigned by management.
