Loan Officer/Sales Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Our Sales Reps/Loan Officers sell to and expand our base of residential investor borrowers who invest in fix/flip properties. This niche mortgage market can be very lucrative with loyal repeat customers. Although you can make and close deals QUICKLY, relationships are crucial. No license necessary. Center Street Lending (CSL) is one of the largest private lenders for residential real estate investors. We perform asset-based financing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, NC, TX, UT, WA, and VA on qualified collateral in as little as 24 hours. Our loan programs are designed for investors who purchase residential investment properties, repair and/or improve the properties, and resell those properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Market CSL loan products to residential investors
Cultivate and maintain business relationships with investor customers
Perform initial underwriting of property valuations
Communicate with customers regarding underwriting process/documents
Provide a high level of customer service with timely responses
Adhere to all applicable CSL compliance regulations
Adhere to fair lending and all other government regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
1 year of real estate lending experience
Network within residential real estate
Interest in real estate markets and house flipping/rehab resell
College degree preferred but not a requirement
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and dedication to superior customer service
Adequate PC proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
