Position Summary: Sales Associates achieve sales and gross profit goals while exceeding the expectations of our guests by providing exceptional and professional guest service. Sales consultants are responsible for building and maintaining a book of business, following sales procedures, assisting guests, selling vehicles, and maintaining a professional look. Our consultants are being trained to participate in the growing internet sales opportunity.
We Require:
Some selling experience or highly trainable
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and apply a sales process, with each and every customer.
Ability to use a computer technology and software.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
