We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for sales, developing long-term relationships and account management. As a Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers? needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have a proven record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be customer service driven. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing/driving sales, customer specific POS analysis, financial analysis while calling on our retailor and assisting/ directing the sales activities in all accounts. This person will also recommend to the management team strategies and tactics to develop, initiate, coordinate and implement a sales and marketing strategy for increasing sales and profitability. Including but not limited to responsibility for various sales categories that varies with opportunities. Participate and develop the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans. Conduct sales presentations.

Essential Responsibilities:
The position will perform all or some of the following duties & responsibilities:
Assume direct sales responsibility for our retailer, managing all aspects of the account.
o Assist in the development and execution of regional specific merchandising programs.
o Attend/lead sales calls and meetings as needed.
o Utilize customer specific / POS analysis and demographics for all presentations, business reviews and development plans.
o Work closely with category management and sales personnel to develop, design and maintain company?s strategic planograms.
o Utilize analytical tools and customer promotions, providing feedback on store performance including but not limited to: financial and cost analysis, develop own financial plans and market trends, etc?
o Develop accurate forecasts to company and customer.
o Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Maintain constant weekly business updates with merchants directly and/or through rep groups and factory reps.
Maintain the daily business process flow by persistent focus on in-stocks, installations, promotional activity, shipping issues, and production issues.
Supply market data information to the customer and volunteer for customer functions.
Responsible for developing inter-company relationships with finance, marketing and operations teams to grow and affect business results.
All other projects as assigned by management.
Travel 40-60% including overnight travel to support business growth as needed.
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
A Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
8-10 years? experience in Sales, Account Management and /or Installed Services.
Hardware & Home Center Knowledge a must
Industry knowledge of the consumer durable market.
Demonstrated strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with other internal and external groups.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Software skill requirements include Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Solid presentation skills.
Experience in establishing positive business relationships with merchandising management.
Strong understanding of financial analysis of account programs and planning at the EBITDA level.
Individual must have a flexible work schedule.
Ability to travel as needed.
