Accounts Payable Specialist Job Opening in Paterson, New jersey - Expanding Wholesale Food Distributor is seeking a Part-Time Account Payable Specialist to join its office operations team. This position requires 1 or more years of accounts payable experience (wholesale distribution related preferred) and the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Required Skills:
- Reconcile Company Purchase Orders to Vendor Bill of Lading
- Enter Vendor Invoices into Accounting System
- Manage Weekly Check Run
- Correspond with Vendors and Internal Departments
Required Experience:
- Associate?s Degree in Accounting
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience (wholesale distribution related preferred)
- 1+ years of AS400 and MS Excel experience
- MS Office experience (Word & Outlook)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour
