Part-time Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Lend a Hand is representing a company in Nashville, Tennessee that is in need of a part-time Accounting Assistant. The company is in the Taxi Cab Industry.
Ideal candidate would possess prior accounts receivable experience and must possess basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Must be able to multi-task during a high-paced call environment.
Duties Include, but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls and collecting information from Drivers
Reconciling Driver's weekly activity such as Credit Card Income, Airport Fees, Weekly Lick (i.e. franchise fee), etc. Reconciliation is computed via a dispatching system and QuickBooks Desktop software.
Summarizing weekly Vouchers to customer accounts to compute the Weekly billing of Voucher Receivables.
Compensation will be based on experience. Contract is a part-time opportunity with an opportunity to move full time after fully trained.
