We are looking for developers / senior developers who are ready for the challenge of delivering innovative software solutions to enterprises as well as SMB customers.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, documenting, developing, and helping implement a highly available, scalable and performant TADA platform for our current solution stack and helping execute the strategic implementation of our enterprise solutions into the platform. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Hands-on developer supporting implementation of key areas of platform capability
Generate clean, reusable, and well documented code
Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of the platform and business solutions
Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical decisions
Provide support to the platform development and UI/UX resources to develop a scalable architecture that allows for continued emerging design
Design system specifications, standards and programming
Work independently and support team on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced agile environment
Act as a resource for teammates with less experience
Be part of a movement to change the status quo and have an impact
Skills / Qualifications You Will Need to Have
Passion to solve ?big? problems; strong desire to work for a ?cause?
1-3 years of experience in software design/development
Master's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field; OR five (5) years of experience as software engineer / architect in a product development environment required
Strong development skills and hands-on experience developing enterprise level applications using framework, C/C++, C# or equivalent languages, JSON, XML, WebAPI, Mobility, client-side frameworks
Familiar with AppServers, REStful web services, Service Bus
Working knowledge of cloud architectures ? AWS, Oracle, Azure
Brings a ?design-first coding-next? thinking to development
Experience with analytic techniques and methodologies is highly desirable
Willingness and ability to engage with other developers and solution architects to ensure the deliverables are aligned with business needs
Great problem solver, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects
Excellent verbal and written communications
Team player ? friendly, positive with a can-do attitude
