Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Sales Manager has the opportunity to interact with customers to help the sales staff guide them in their vehicle purchase. This could be through an internet lead, a phone call, or a customer who walks in to the store. The goal is to train the staff to create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience to build customer loyalty to St. J Auto Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!
Who Would I Interact With?
This position interacts daily with Customers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, F&I Managers and the Service Department.
Requirements:
1 years of Automotive Sales experience
Strong personal integrity and business ethics
Positive attitude
Ability to provide strong customer service
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, management, and co-workers
Strong organizational and time management skills
