We are a premier Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community nestled in the greater Burlington area nearby Lake Champlain.
We are expanding our Sales and Marketing department and are currently in search of an additional Sales and Marketing Director! This role plays an active part in the management team and assists the Executive Director with the management of the community. Our Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for growing revenue and managing all aspects of the sales in the community, achieving and exceeding budgeted census for the community, representing the residence in a positive light, maintaining favorable relationships with hospitals, local physicians and other marketing and referral sources and initiating and coordinating visits by influential and community groups to the residence for marketing exposure with the Regional Sales Manager and Executive Director. Our Sales and Marketing Director also helps coordinate all advertising and public relations for the residence and handles the inquiry/occupancy and relocation process while remaining responsible for ensuring that the Occupancy/Marketing Department operates in accordance with all policies and procedures. This role will include internal sales as well as external business development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires the ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals or above. The ability to establish and maintain a positive image and productive relationships with marketing and referral sources is required. Organizational skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.c
Education: Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Experience: Requires at least two years of experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.
: Valid driver?s license in the state employed is required.
