Seasonal Sales & Customer Service Associate Job Opening in Bennington, Vermont - Bennington Potters is hiring! We are looking for Seasonal Sales and Customer Service Associates to work both in our store, and in our Direct Mail office supporting catalog, web and phone customers and sales. Part to full time. Potential for long term opportunity.
Tasks include:
Engage with customers on the phone, perform phone sales and service
Process web and phone orders, inventory transactions and returns utilizing the order management system
Develop product knowledge to represent the Bennington Potters brand and experience, and to meet team sales goals
Welcome Store customers, engage with customers on the sales floor, provide service and information
Perform Store register sales and service
Support Store inventory replenishment and housekeeping
Train with staff to provide factory tours for customers

1+ Years Related experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
