The Staff Accountant for Accounts Receivable will be the process owner of accounts for Pine Ridge Farms. Additionally, this individual will:
Hold responsibility for the processing of customer invoices into the accounting system.
Handle accounts receivable inquiries from internal and external customers.
Analyze and prepare monthly accrual journal entries.
Utilize our document imaging program for electronic filing.
Assist in development of accounts process improvements and implementation of best practices.
Maintain product item number database, including bill or materials.
Maintain daily inventory accuracy for multiple locations.
Maintain vendor set up for accounts payable process.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in accounting from a four-year college or university.
At least one year of related experience.
Understanding of key accounting principles including GAAP.
Excellent computer skills with advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business environment.
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
