Contract & Closing Administrator Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - The Contract & Closing Administrator will oversee the contracts and closings processes for a local residential home builder from the time the contract is written through the closing. Audits all related documents, communicates and resolves issues with the homeowner, sales, lenders, realtors, appraisers and accounting. Works closely with sales staff providing coaching and support on the contract and closing requirements and processes.
Collects, compiles and reports key data. Works closely with internal contacts to ensure policy and procedure compliance and to ensure critical data is collected and accurate.
Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent with bachelor?s degree preferred.
Five years? experience overseeing a process involving confidential information, numerous details and firm deadlines.
Experience in some capacity with a home builder strongly preferred (i.e., contract administration, closings, purchasing or sales).
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
Knowledge of purchase and real estate contracts preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
