We are an authentic martial arts school with strong roots and 30+ years of history training the men, women and children of New York. We are seeking fitness enthusiasts with a desire to take us to a whole new level.

Responsibilities
Admin - daily duties appx 20 hours per week at base pay, including reception, data entry, merchandise inventory, scheduling, email correspondence, facilities maintenance. Must be highly organized and able to work as part of a team. Satisfactory writing skills a must.
Sales - work at your own pace. The more you sell, the more you make! * Achieve daily, weekly and monthly membership acquisition goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach * Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our program packages to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member * Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation * Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members * Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals * Generate new ideas for recruitment strategies
Qualifications * High School/College degree preferred * Positive attitude and energy as well as a passion for fitness * 2 years of service + 2 years membership sales/recruitment experience in the field preferred. * Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills * Enjoy working within a community environment * Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays * Social media savvy essential! * Fluency in Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) a plus
