Senior Product Manager Job Opening in Wilmington, Delaware - 4C Health Solutions is looking for a Senior Product Manager for cloud based fraud, waste and abuse analytics platform offerings. Our Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As a key part of the Product Management team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services for our customers. Lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Support. Have a bias towards action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. As a Product Manager, you will be part of shaping 4C?s products.
Responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on understanding customer needs, managing competing priorities, design, and developing & delivering compelling products for our business customers.
Responsibilities:
Execute product strategy on customer facing products including fraud engines, developed elsewhere as well as 4C?s own.
Evaluate potential go to market strategies and partnerships with healthcare WFA methods and engines
use-cases, and drive next generation product features and functions in customer facing portal
Passion for user experience and driving service usability and adoption
Focused execution and delivery across functions ? Prioritize and run scrums with teams
Deep understanding of Analytics, Usage metrics to assess product success, customer satisfaction and feed them back into the product definition process
Be subject matter expert on platform capabilities and functions and serve as escalation for Pre-Sales
Manage tasks and responsibilities of Associate Product Manager
Qualifications:
MBA or MS in Engineering with strong technology background; (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
3+ years of product management experience in services.
Experience leading Agile Software Development teams, Cloud based platforms & applications is required
Experience with Healthcare Billing and Adjudication engines
Ability to present, engage with customers and customer facing teams (Marketing, Sales and Support)
Preferred qualifications
2 years relevant work experience with healthcare claims processing systems, adjudication engines
Design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product based on research, data and industry trends. Agile product development/Scrum Integration
