contruction accounting- Project coordinator Job Opening in Newington, Connecticut - Conn Acoustics Inc a commercial construction company located in Newington since 1957 is seeking a project admistrator to work with our staff to help administer the following:
Accounts Receivable, Monthly AIA Billing and Collections
Contracts, Contract Files, Change Orders and Extra Work Authorization Tickets
Working with PM?s on Project Management Software to administer Change Requests, Change Orders etc
Coordinating Subcontractors? Documentation including Contracts, Insurance Certificates and Monthly AIA Pay Request.
Obtain Certificates of Insurance and Bonds, if applicable, For All Ongoing Projects
Perform Project Closeouts in Coordination With PM?s and Controlle
Prepare and Perform Daily Deposits of Customer Payments and Cash Application Within Timberline and the controller

Applicant should have commercial construction experience and a knowledge of Sage accounting and project management is preferred. This person will be reporting directly to the controller
