Real Estate Investment Sales Job Opening in Newton, Massachusetts - Northeast Private Client Group () is a leading real estate investment brokerage firm, and is recognized as one of the Inc5000 fastest-growing private companies in the USA. We are seeking a limited number of investment sales trainees to join our multi-state brokerage team. Successful candidates will join our two-year training program to develop consultative prospecting skills and real estate underwriting fundamentals. All trainees will receive dedicated mentorship from senior management and top investment associates in the field.
Entry-level candidates must demonstrate a track record of superior execution in academics and business, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven organization and problem solving abilities. Associates emerging from our two-year training program will be selected to join collaborative teams working directly with clients in our Newton, MA regional office. Successful associates may anticipate a long-term, highly compensated career path with earnings in excess of $100,000 annually.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Inside sales experience, client prospecting and/or business development;
Must be a quick learner and have good listening skills;
Work well in a team environment;
Have strong written, oral and interpersonal skills;
Have keen intelligence and strong computer competence.
This position offers a base salary of $30,000 with additional bonus compensation potential in year-one and beyond.
