The qualified candidate must be a confident and professional communicator and be responsive to internal and external customer needs in a personable manner. Duties include: answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments, directing patient requests and insurance verification. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 1-3 years medical office or call center experience strongly preferred. Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.
