Job Description: Track lease expiration dates and communicate to property owner and tenants. Email/letter/call property owners to discuss renewal opportunities or whether or not they will re-list the rental for rent once again. Email/letter/call tenants to discuss lease renewal or coordinate move outs. Coordinate lease renewals -- Rewrite new lease and addenda and distribute for signatures. Bill homeowners on renewal fees. Coordinate lease expirations -- Send out 60 - day move out packets Perform move-out inspections Assist with security deposit dispositions Assist with property re-list process Perform random and routine property inspections. Ensure all paperwork is in place and data is in software. * Note Renters Warehouse manages over 1000 rental properties. Some of which are in low income and less desirable neighborhoods. Applicant should have very dependable automobile. Best Applicants will possess the following skill sets: -Real Estate License. -Computer proficient in Word, Excel. -Attention to detail. -1 year plus experience in customer service. -General knowledge of the real estate and specifically property management laws and guidelines.
