Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Meridian, Idaho - Jackson Energy has an opening for a full-time Accounting Assistant at the corporate office in Meridian, ID. This key member of our team will reconcile fuel and freight invoices related to the wholesale delivery of fuel. The position will review invoice exceptions and troubleshoot reasons for differences in supplier and/or carrier billings.
The successful candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, organization, problem-solving, and computer applications. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, maintain high accuracy, working efficiently to meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Wholesale fuel industry experience is preferred, but not required. Must be a team player and be able to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
