Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Ketchum, Idaho - We are a busy, locally owned and operated Pharmacy and store. We are also recognized as the local provider of high quality customer service and convenience.
This position contributes to company?s mission by:
Balancing & reporting daily sales receipts
Labor tracking & reporting
Daily processing of A/P invoices
A/R for our busy wholesale department (taking orders/creating invoices/preparing production reports)
Banking
Cash Flow projections
Light marketing duties
General office management (placing office supply orders, IT support & communication, filing, etc)
Providing administrative and secretarial support of a confidential nature with multilevel responsibilities and varied tasking on behalf of the Owners. Responsibilities include; composing and word processing of letters, reports, memoranda and other documents, and may involve research and analysis of issues upon request by the Owners. Conducting weekly meetings in Owners' absence and taking minutes; and assuring the proper and efficient relay of communication between staff and the Owners, and between the Owners and external clients
This position collaborates with PT Accountant, and reports daily to ownership. All data is reported according to company guidelines and government requirements. Ensures all information is reported timely & accurately.
Qualified applicant has at least 2 years experience with Quickbooks and MS Office products. Any work in the Pharmacy or Healthcare industry in any capacity is a plus (industry knowledge).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31,000.00 to $41,000.00 /year
