Finance Coordinator job in Overland Park, KS. Only candidates with strong organizational skills will be considered. You will be responsible for preforming a variety of general finance and administrative support tasks in the finance department.
Responsibilities :
Research adjustment requests make necessary adjustments
Work with internal resources, including management to ensure the accuracy of the adjustments, to correct the error as requested
Validate error(s) identified
Conduct an analysis of trade to define the adjusted trade amounts
Calculate account dividends, for adjustments with dividend impacts
Perform functions required to cancel and/or rebook trades as needed with proper trade dates, amounts, etc.
Skills Preferred:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
System knowledge a huge plus
College Degree (Business School)
Series 6 Certified ? strongly preferred
Investment Advisory operations
