Health Systems Integration Architect Job Opening in Jackson, Mississippi - ITAC is assisting a well-established Jackson, MS organization in its search for a Health Systems Integration Architect. The Architect will perform communication, coordination and technical support activities to develop, implement and maintain bi-directional eConnectivity between the organization and its health care providers throughout the state of Mississippi. This position will require software installation, testing, training and trouble-shooting; as well as travel to providers? locations when needed to ensure eConnectivity and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:
A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business or Management, or related field, is required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation (sales) skills are required.
Strong documentation skills are required, including writing, interpreting, and communicating technical documentation.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including formal testing methodologies, is required.
3 years experience with provider practice management systems, EMR/EHR systems, and/or related health record management systems is required.
Project management experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, and Visio is highly preferred.
